Well it’s been a journey, and I am still on it!
In my last run I covered 5k including warm up walk and 45 mins in total - actually ran for 40 mins - the sun came up on the final straight - so thank you God!
Next challenge Park Run and build up to running a full 5k then who knows!

Many congratulations! Wow fancy running over the time - shows how committed you are. I have to wait a couple more days before I do my final run. I am itching to do it but no point risking further injury. Good luck for your future running. 👏👏👏🏆
