:) You arent the first one to feel this way. But if you have followed the programme so far as instructed then I can assure you, you will have no problem moving onto week 6. Just relax.

Trust the programme and most importantly trust yourself. It is YOU who has completed 5 weeks worth of running and its no mean feat in itself. Your body is learning without you realizing.

Keep us updated... Happy running...

Week 4 is a bigger workout, and you've done that. Just go nice and slow , and enjoy it😊

Me too. I looked after last nights run (week 5, run 2) which I managed surprisingly well and saw the next one was a 20 minutes run. 🙄🙈 I'm almost excited to see if I can manage it. Its very daunting though, so you are not alone. I've also heard of people repeating runs, so don't stress too much, definitely give it a bash and if its too much, its too much go back a run. Youl still be improving and even attempting it is an achievement (if you're anything like me with zero fitness)! 😂🙈 Good luck. Xxx

You got this... just go with it, try not to think about it too much.

I have Wk5 R3 Saturday ... I'm just planning on going slow and steady and enjoying the run. I have never been a natural runner... but so far this programme has been great. Each run is a challenge but achievable..... We can do it 😊 x

No fear. Just take your time. If you start to feel tired or out of breath slow right down but don't stop. You can do this. I'm 60 and not run since school and am cruising through week 7. I've no doubt at all that I will finish the program. But 7 weeks ago if you said I would be running non stop for 30 minutes I would have laughed in your face. I wondered about week 5 as it's a bit of a watershed. But embrace the challenge, take your time and YOU WILL CONQUER!!👍😀

You will nail it - don't worry. The progress you can make on this programme is astonishing and the forum is full of people who have astounded themselves. Lots of hiccups along the way, but that's just like life in general. Start out smiling and smile at the end, even if there might be some grimacing in the middle (if you're like me, you look like a smiling beetroot by the end).

W5 is just another week of well structured runs and the last one of the week is actually the shortest since W3.

It is all explained here healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Relax and enjoy it.

Run 3 week 5 was my last, I honestly found it easier than run 1 week 1!! You can do it, download a new playlist and think about your route in advance 💪🏻

Week 5 run 3 is probably the one your terrified about, but there’s really no need JessamineG, just go at a nice slow and steady pace and you’ll be fine....you’ll actually surprise yourself at how much fitness and stamina you’ve actually got now.....Good Luck, you’ll be ok no need to worry at all👍
