Sorry that makes it sound awful! Wasnt too much harder than the previous run really. Get the feeling week 5 might be more about that confidence/ mental limit

Hi, I did wk5 day 2 this morning, 2 x 8 min runs today, was daunted but went ok, checked day 3 on wk5 and it’s a 20 min run 😲. Not looking forward to my next session, thought it may move on to 10 min runs, but a whole 20 🤦🏼‍♀️

Hey you’ve done days 1 and 2 this week so that’s fantastic. I bet you can do the 20! Good luck

Hey Parky88. I know what you mean. So much of this is what’s in your head. I don’t really want to run tonight but have to 😊

I did wk5 r1 last night and have to confess I struggled. I think because I hadn't run since last Wednesday so too long a break really. Just haven't been able to fit in a run over the busy weekend. I'm going to repeat the run on Wednesday before moving on to run 2. Just goes to show that I need to keep the momentum going!

Good idea to repeat. I’ve heard lots of people say that. Let us know how you get on 🏃‍♀️

I really struggled with the last 5 minute run in week 4 . So I'm repeating week 4 hoping to build my strength and stamina up to tackle week 5 .

Hi everyone! Just completed W5R2, feeling awesome! 😎 Yesterday on my rest day I felt cramps at one of my calf - I got punished because I didn’t complete stretching on the previous day (I had just found out my family locked me out of the door, I got distracted... 😂) - but the run went well, lucky me. Enjoy yours!

Well I've done runs 1 and 2, repeated run 1 but felt fine with run 2. Going to be doing run 3 tomorrow and a bit apprehensive but determined.
