W1R2 complete!

Found myself a flat circuit for my runs now and completed the run ok. I’ve taken on the advice that slower is better and it is really working. Thanks to everyone who posts and encourages - it’s so helpful!!!

Great work! I do find flat is better, uphill is hard work and downhill is a bit jarring. I'm sure we'll get used to it in time, but glad you've found a route that works for you.

Well done 👍 it’s definitely about running at a pace that’s comfortable for you, keeping enough in the tank to finish and getting into a good rhythm with your breathing....onwards and upwards to W1R3 🏃‍♀️
