So off I go again same route different app ! Tried Runkeeper it was great more accurate than Strava. Same old 🐌joggle as I’ve now nicknamed my jog. Felt good and tried to go a little further but the legs wouldn’t allow it. Just 32 mins but hey that’s 30 plus so I’m very happy and 3.2 k ! This is the girl who couldnt run round the track at school, at all ! So I’m very proud of myself and my halo glows !

Any newbie take heart there is hope ! That was all I had at the start. Keep with the podcasts it works.

Fantastic! I joggle along myself too 😄

I started back from week 5 after injuring my leg but it was stops and starts until properly healed. I'm now back on track and about to do Week 7 Run 1 tomorrow. So happy to be progressing again.

Keep on joggling Del!

Woo hoo! 3.2km and 32 mins. That’s fabulous. Well done Del.

Interested in runkeeper. How do you know that it’s more accurate than Strava?

Keep it up 👍

The Runkeeper smooths our the track where as Strava is often too wiggly making it look like you’ve gone further.

I did a run yesterday and got straight into the car afterwards, forgetting to switch off Strava. It carried on as if I was running up the motorway 🤣🤣🤣

Ha ha, that is funny! Love apps when they go wrong... and when they go right. When I do my stretches, runkeeper also continues and gives me an even slower 🐌 🐢 result than usual. 😂 there is always ‘slower’ 😂

Well done for the joggle! (Great name btw 🤣🤣). More k's in the legs are all to the good. Sounfs like you're really enjoying yourself, which is great! Keep on and you'll hit the magic 5k along the way.
