Supposedly a fast 3k turned out it wasn’t 😀 weather was perfect, sun, little wind, we really enjoyed our run and it was closer to 4k in the end

Good run for you today W&S, you set out to run 3K and almost ran 4K, at least it was nice and sunny and no rain, another lovely photo

Tomorrow I will set out to run a 12K, the longest run I will have ever ran 🏃🏾, part of getting to just over 16K/10 miles by the end of the month, well, I'll see how it goes. 😊 🏃🏾

Thanks Al, I hope your run goes smoothly and you enjoy yourself, that sounds like a long way to me but then 5k sounded like a long way this time last year and it’s my comfortable distance

It was perfect, I don’t think we ran long enough to get too warm. Now it’s raining here but that gives an excuse for a lazy day before returning to work tomorrow, all i’ve got to do is iron all my smart clothes and i’m ready

It could have been disappointing because it was slower but they can’t all be fast and we never really worried about speed

New shoes are amazing aren’t they? i think any beach is great to run along we are near a stony beach with a road alongside but can quickly drive to more picturesque places and often do
