I have been thinking what's next and thinking that I do like a plan to follow.
So I've decided to do a 10K in September, I'm going to consolidate for another 12 weeks and then follow JuJu's 10K plan that has worked twice before for me.
My focus on the next 12 weeks will be nutrition and some strength training.
I've never really ran over the summer months and this will be a new experience for me.

It's great to have a plan - wish you success in it π. No I haven't run during the summer either as I started in August last year. We don't know what it's like to be too hot yet do we π.
Iβm already trying to train my lazy butt to get out of bed earlier these days so by the time the heat of summer comes I hope be able to get up and out early..........thatβs the plan anyway. π we shall see.
