Just finished my run and couldn’t believe how hard the second half was...... seemed to be waiting hours to hear lovely Laura tell me I was nearly there. I finally checked my phone to see that the App had paused at the halfway point and I had already been running for 45 mins 🤪🤪🤪 no wonder it felt so tough!
