On a high after completing my first 28 min run. I thought I can do this, even picked up my pace in places, and I did it. Stick with the plan it really does keep you going. To all those that have doubts, believe in yourself and the plan πππββοΈπββοΈ

Well done Runcovid π the 28 min runs are both a mental and physical test....and you did great, even finding enough in the tank to pick up the pace ππ»
Well done Runcovid, I just completed the W8R1 run this morning as well, feels great doesnβt it? I was a bit apprehensive as I started but started to feel better as the run progressed, feeling good at half way and felt Tremendous at the end. I did think βonly another two minutes to make 30β (but decided against it, I have followed the programme so far and itβs working so want to keep it going).
