On a high after completing my first 28 min run. I thought I can do this, even picked up my pace in places, and I did it. Stick with the plan it really does keep you going. To all those that have doubts, believe in yourself and the plan πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done Runcovid πŸ‘ the 28 min runs are both a mental and physical test....and you did great, even finding enough in the tank to pick up the pace πŸ‘πŸ»

Thank you, I am only now beginning to get the bug and wanting to go out running. Actually quite looking forward to the next run in a couple of days . πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done Runcovid, I just completed the W8R1 run this morning as well, feels great doesn’t it? I was a bit apprehensive as I started but started to feel better as the run progressed, feeling good at half way and felt Tremendous at the end. I did think β€˜only another two minutes to make 30’ (but decided against it, I have followed the programme so far and it’s working so want to keep it going).

We’ve got this far, we’ll done to you too. It’s amazing to think how far I can now jog considering how out of breath I was in the beginning. Keep up the momentum πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
