Another beautiful, sunny day, what an absolute privilege to be able to go for a run today. We should not take these things for granted.
Had to take the eldest for a playdate about 2k from ours, so she scooted while I jogged there, I did a jog on the spot while taking her coat off and chatting to the mum then I jogged back to collect my youngest from my neighbour. I added 5 minutes to my run as I felt I had cheated with the jog on the spot but sometimes you have to be inventive in fitting in these runs with everyday life.
It equated as 4.5k in 36 mins (including jog on the spot in the middle) I'm pleased with that!
(A bit of a pain on the inside of my right calf... Keeping an eye on it as there's 5 runs to go :/ )

Hahaha! Yes, I thought worse comes to the worse I will walk with her and run back. But she was so into it, planning the next time, saying maybe we can do it with the bike! She is great
Well done isn't always easy to balance everything so double well done
Getting the family on your side and involved is a great way of keeping the motivation up. During my first fitness phase many years ago I went and played football with my boys, had them playing badminton and got back into table-tennis. On one memorable occasion when we had visitors staying with us, another family with three kids, I had us all running around playing football one summer evening. My husband thought I was mad (he joined in though). He's used to it now😈
