I have just proved to myself that anything is possible after completing C25K! Managed 6.5k in 45 mins and am absolutely chuffed to bits. Without this forum it wouldn’t have happened and that’s the truth. Everything clicked today. Hurrah! 😀🏃‍♀️

Well done. I hope to get to that distance in 55 minutes! I didn't quie make it that far last time. It might have to wait a bit as I don't trust myself to run on icy pavements at the moment. Sunday will be a re-boot of 5K or less then back on the programme next week. Run safely Frenc.

Thank you Rennur! I was lucky today as the sun was shining, the sky was a brilliant blue, and all the ice had gone. I’ll be going back to shorter runs for a bit now. Enjoy your running 🏃‍♂️👍😀.
