I have completed the 3rd run week 9 and I have been able to run continuously for 30 minutes however I can't hit the 5k I reach 4.3k so I guess its all. About my weight.. But I am confident that I can increase my speed... So proud of myself and motivated to jump to the 10K coach...

The name of the App is abit misleading isn't it? Couch to 30 minutes doesn't have quite the same ring to it.

Don’t forget your consolidation runs before moving onto 10k!
From what I've read your distance covered will naturally increase from repeating the 30 minute consolidation runs for a period 👍
