Having started the Couch to 5k programme before and struggled to get past week 3 (with the excuse that I apparently didn’t have time with work), I restarted the programme back in April... if I didn’t have time to run when working from home every day, when would I ever have the time?!
Am very pleased to say I ran Week 9 Run 3 today, with a little bit extra to get to the 5k mark. Reading through everyone’s posts has really helped - it’s been great to see the ups and downs that others are also going through. So, thank you!
Now, off to get my graduate badge, work out what my next target is, and buy some running shoes now that it’s possible to get my gait analysed!
