Just keep telling yourself you can do it - only positive thoughts it’s all in the mind and feels fantastic when you do the last run! I still keep doing the last run each time I go out and feel so much better for it. I had to do something during lockdown - the dogs happy too!
I am not sure when you say (I did it, I am a runner) could be run 3 of week 5 OR run 3 of week 6 in which you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, perhaps it was your graduation run which is after you have ran 3/30 minute runs of week 9, so could you give more details on which run you ran today?
I actually completed the c25k last week and have repeated the 30 min run three times since couldn’t actually believe I could do it and thought it was just a fluke had to convince myself I can do it I am now a runner!
Thanks for that quick reply, congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾
To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the July graduation pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾
