So chuffed, not gonna lie it was hard. But for the first time I tracked my route and I did 1.7 miles.
I know I was obviously very very slow but least it gives me something to work from, Iβm not going to track every run as Iβm sure thatβs counterproductive but hopefully if I do it at the end of week 7 or beginning of wk8 I might see a difference.
Although considering five weeks ago I pretty much collapsed in my garden after running for 3x90 seconds i have obviously have massively improved π€©
