I usually do my third run of the week on Saturday, but the weather was good today so I went for it. Whilst last week I was ready for the 20 minutes run, this week I was a bit daunted by 25 minutes. Good tunes and Sarah Millican saw me through it and I managed a final burst of speed for the last 30 seconds. Very happy. Even starting to do some routine stretches at the end of my runs before I hop in the shower.
