I set my alarm this morning for 7am and got out for my run before the day gets too hot. I was so nervous about this run but last night I was actually excited for it!

I didn’t feel the need to stop and at points it felt like it was going very slowly but I’m so happy I completed it. I even included a couple of hills ;).

I also may or may not have a slight crush on Sanjeev....

Good for you! I have to say, that was one of the most enjoyable runs of the program for me.

Mentally prepare for the next run though. It can feel harder, even though you are back to intervals. It feels a little frustrating.

But push through and then you'll have your freedom to just get out and run again :-)

Well done. Slow and steady is the way to go to build up that stamina. A milestone run and now you can begin to see you can really do it!

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, I ran that exactly two years ago tomorrow, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃
