I did it!! I even managed a little β€˜whoop’ at the end 😁 I delayed this run by 3 days as had a sore back (from poor posture cycling I think) and didn’t want it to worsen and think it was caused by running ....but am SO glad that I did it. Back was fine and I CAN RUN FOR 25 MINUTES!!! Still recovering from after effects of Covid which was scary and is what sent me on this path, so I am thrilled. Never ran before and now .... loving C25K 😊
