Still high from graduating on Friday so gave myself a couple of days off...so tonight I ran for 30mins, just me and my playlist however I missed Laura. I think I need that supportive person in my ear cheering me on. I ran well, just over 5k but think I need a long term target to keep my focus now I'm no longer on C25K. Not sure what that will be just yet but right now I want to continue running 30mins comfortably.
Anyway still enjoy reading others journeys, so will pop in from time to time.

Well done running without Laura. Consolidation is smart right now... if you want a coach try Nike+ Run Clubs guided runs, coach Bennett and others have a few 30 minute runs to educate/entertain you on your way. Consolidation is also the first part of the journey to your next goal, so you’ve started along that road even if you don’t currently know where it leads. Become comfortable with 30 minutes and use the headspace it gives to think about where next. Happy running.
