Hello fellow runners!

For everyone who lost their mojo because of lockdown, there is hope! I’ve been managing a measly one run a week but today managed 22 mins (with a small break - I must be honest) after getting back on the forum and feeling inspired. I’m now determined to increase the runs and graduate. Love this forum x

Thank you, love! How welcoming it is here. Weeeeell ... I was just lurching about at around week six so I’ve kicked myself into action and am now on the last week. Really I’m

Aiming for a 25 min straight run (week 7) which is where I was before I descended into wine and chocolate sofa mode. So cross with myself but must be positive now!

Wine.. I can see... chocolate no :) Week 7 is a great time to let the legs find their happy pace and see where they get you.. slow and steady.. and avoid the choc':)

Well done for getting back into it! I know what you mean, I started C25k to help me get through lockdown but I still had some days drinking too much coffee with too many biscuits, and enough evenings enjoying a few glasses of wine with snacks to cheer me up.

However, Graduation is calling you now - you can do it!!

I have just graduated and did my first solo run on Sunday. It took me just over eleven weeks as from week 5 onwards I found I needed two rest days in between runs, then after week 8 I had five rest days before starting week 9.

The good thing is, the admin people say that you don't lose any fitness if you have a week or so off :)
