After 3 days full of sinus problems, I felt better today and back up to 80% so I’ve just fit in W9R1 running along the Tees. Hopefully I’ll squeeze run 2 in tomorrow (I know I’m not supposed to do back to back runs but needs must this once). So back on track for graduation on Saturday! Can’t believe I’ve got this far. What an amazing program! Thank you to everyone for their support, especially yesterday when I was really down! This forum rocks 💪🏽

Well done you. 👍👍 I have done back to back when needs must but it is not advisable.
