Consolidation back on track 😁

Not only is C25K an amazing programme, this forum truly is magic. Thank you for being there virtual running buddies. I was off track last week, had a post graduation slump / hiccup that caught me by surprise. But just coming on here and sharing that this morning helped me out the door again and I just enjoyed a 30 re-run of W9R1. I’m going to use W9 for a couple of weeks to help with stamina building.

Well done you.

Don’t be too hard on yourself, a break can do you the world of good.

As I approach graduation I am becoming worried about life after C25K but it’s posts like yours that keep me positive.

Happy running.

Thanks so much Emlist29 😊 What’s worrying you about post C25K? That you might not keep going with the 3 runs a week rhythm? A few people mentioned a glitch but then seem to get back on it ok....that’s what I found today too. Hopefully you will. Not long till your graduation post πŸ’

The app has been my reason to keep going so it’s time to find my own reason.

You're absolutely correct if it wasn't for c25k the structured plan and this forum I don't think a lot of us would continue to run 😊😊
