Should have complted R3 of W2 this morning, Following a very distubed nights sleep, I overslept and didn't make the run.

Should I complete the whole of weel 2 again, run 3 will be completed in 8 days, or shall I just omplete the last run and move on to week 3.

Are you saying you now have an 8 day gap before your next run or are you saying that if you repeat the week the final run will be in 8 days?

That’s fine. 2 weeks ago you hadn’t run for... how long? If you struggle and want to repeat it that’s fine too

As stated in the guide to the plan, C25k weeks do not have to coincide with calendar weeks and it doesn't matter, within reason, how long it takes for each week.

Three runs per week is optimal for a new runner, but you don't lose significant condition in the first two weeks of non running, so you can be flexible.

Just do the last run of W2 then move on.
