What a difference a blue sky makes! Run 2 and run 3. That field is definitely looking greener too.
It was exactly a week since I did w2 run2, because I have been on new grandma duties stuck under a baby (tough gig, somebody had to do it ๐ฅฐ )
It crossed my mind to drop back to week 1 run, but I figured that I felt ok, I've been doing my other stuff so I shouldn't have lost fitness - and it supposedly takes two weeks for a noticeable drop anyway. So I went for run 3. It was my best feeling run yet, so I suppose I'll attempt a week 3 run? Maybe?
Back to my lane next to the field, and I'll be honest, I'll be glad when I can go further but it's reasonably flat, and it isn't muddy, and I get this view.
And yesterday, the sky was blue as could be and, somewhere up there, a skylark was singing its heart out.
Today it's cold and drizzly again, so I timed it well (or, more accurately, I was lucky!)
Happy running, folks (or whatever it is you're doing)
