From 13,3 none runner to running 30 minutes and now 11stone 10... im feeling great, did stepping stones yesterday, its good makes you focus on your pace which will speed me up and lead to longer runs too. The couch to 5 k is amazing and best training program ever i would recommend it to anyone ! Good luck to every1 and well done....Anita
