This morning I did the second run of week 7 and was pleasantly surprised, although not easy it was easier and only the final five minutes were tough - I must be getting fitter!
A day off tomorrow and then the final run of this week on Wednesday before it goes up another three minutes.

Great work! I can’t believe how far we have both come. I think it was week 3 we both started following each other’s progress. 2 or 3 minute runs at time. Now you are nailing 25 minutes.
