Well I have just managed to run 25 minutes with a three minute walk after the 20 before the final 5 and covered a distance of 5.5k ... feeling accomplished x

Well done on your run.
Is week 7 a 25 min continuous run or are you doing a different programme?
I am doing ease into 5k , I started the couch to 5k but then found this app that is similar but slightly different time wise and records your distance . Run one of week seven is 5 mins walk, 20 min run , 3 min walk and then 5 min run before cool down
Run 2 is a straight 26 mins and then run 3 is 27 mins x
