I never really realised how much I hate this run...
Rubbish night for sleeping again, woke up at half past 2, struggled to get back to sleep, managed a few bits.
Finally got out of bed around 6:20 which is late for me, downstairs, running kit on and onto the treadmill, music, C25K app and action.
The warm up walk came and went and the first 5 minute run started, I was just getting into my stride and Laura is already telling me I have a 3 minute recovery walk, WHAT? I'm just getting comfortable!
3 minutes pass and I start the 8 minute run, I get into my stride and a couple of minutes later Laura says it's time to walk again. I'm tempted to carry on and run the walk and the last run section but I slow to a walk.
I set off on the last run and I'm into my stride quickly and the 5 minutes pass like 30 seconds.
I know this is the 3rd time I've run the program and I always comment to others to be careful of run 1 and 2 of week 6 as they can throw you but I always fall for it.
Roll on Friday with the 25 minute run!
