Well I’ve reached week 9 all good and I was really enjoying my running then I seem to have these doubts of failure creeping in - saying I can’t do this. Run 1 I kept thinking I can’t do this but struggled on then I went out to do run 2 yesterday, left early in the morning but couldn’t complete - stopped at 10 mins and walked back - so deflated.
Decided to try again this morning- had a bit of a wobble at 8 mins in but powered on through. Managed the 30 mins but couldn’t do a second more - but I did it 🥵. I’m was so pleased and positive with my achievement so far - now I’m doubting myself all the time. Need some of those positive thoughts 🙁

Perhaps you are running a little too fast, take all the runs slowly, that way you should not need to stop or walk, have confidence in yourself, good luck for your graduation run.
Thank you - yes I think I’m going too fast initially- must heed the advice- slow and steady which has been my mantra all through. Better listen to myself 👍🏃🏼♀️
Thank you - I read your suggested link and you’re right there is too much negativity in life. I’m excited to complete my journey C25K - it’s been an uplifting journey that I will complete and indeed go on enjoying my running. Thank you for the message- slow and steady is the key to arriving at the finish line - I will do this 🏃🏼♀️👍🥳
Don’t think when you run Dreambird, I clear my mind of all thoughts, I banish them and I feel one coming into my mind I visualise an eraser rubbing it out and blowing it away....I’ve told others to do this, it may sound nuts but try it. Also take a look at the motivational YouTube video I put a link to on my Bed to 5k post.....I watch that regularly to give me motivation, stick with it, you can do this 👍
