A beautiful...at my speed run! Week 9:2

Such a gorgeous morning to run in the park! I put no pressure on myself to go fast or anything (recently done Park Runs and I think I sometimes tried to go too fast in these and was exhausted afterwards) all I wanted to do was enjoy it and I did! The 30 mins went by fairly quickly too! Thanks to the person who advised that its good to still have something left in the tank at the end of the run...this is sound advice! My new ASICS Gel Kayano 25 trainers arrive this week and can’t wait to try them out! Can’t believe my next run is my graduation run!!! 😃🥳💃

Good luck for your graduation run futurefit, nice that you have ran all but one run of C25K and enjoyed them all. Especially enjoy running your graduation run in your new shoes, perhaps go for a short walk or run first to make sure that you feel comfortable in them before the big day. 😊

Thanks so much! Yes that is a very good point, actually I may even do my graduations in my usually trainers I’ve always been running in...just incase. Thanks for your encouragement and have a lovely day!

Yes I am having a beautiful day, the ☀ sun is shining, the sky is blue with the temperature a dizzy 24.3C/75F way above the average for it should be here in Central Scotland where I live. 😊

Great run. The slightly held back comfortable run is very hard to beat... and now you’re all set to run that graduation run with a smile on your face! Enjoy every single step of it.

Good luck on the final one. I’m just a run behind you but taking it very steady with extra rest days.
