I did it :)

So happy to of completd this program, I feel such a sense of achievement. ..my last 2 runs I have managed 5km in the 30 minutes which was my aim when I started, so I'm delighted.

I couldn't of done it without the structure of C25km and support on this site. I feel stronger physically and mentally and will definitely continue to run. :)

Well done. I know that feeling well as graduated on Monday in glorious sunshine in Kent and had my 1st run without Jo or Laura's lovely voice.

Unfortunately I'm in Bury today and the hills are a lot stepper than in the Kentish countryside. 30 minutes did not make 5k quite.....

Keep it up and look forward to 5k plus.
