Rain :(

As if it absolutely started down pouring with rain as well as thunder as I was about to leave for a run! So annoying, will have to leave it till later 🤬🤬

It was odd because it doesn’t say anything on the forecast about thunderstorm early in the morning - it’s now downpour with thunder and lightning so good thing I didn’t go now 😬😬😬

Glad I read your post- 10 mins later it was thundering away. I run with my dogs and one is scared of thunder, so went back under the covets till the noisy stuff has gone and now we’re rating to go for our second ever run in the rain

I am willing to run in the rain ☔if its a run near to where I live and can immediately change when I get home, but as I have to travel to a parkrun and its raining, then I am sitting in wet clothes on a bus or car if I get a lift so I don't go if its very wet.

Just go for it! I hated running in the rain but I now chuck on a baseball cap and actually prefer it, yes you get a bit wet but it’s SO refreshing! Give it a go! 💪🏼
