Sometimes music in my ears, but recently I’m using guided runs from Nike.
I take as little as possible... phone, car key, done, oh... and sometimes the daughter!
Not got runner envy now I’m doing it, but I used to.
Talk to myself a lot out there, usually out loud.
Rain on run days, sun on rests!
Love the view from the hills, will be able to run up them one day!

I have a master plan for a drunken marathon, but after that I’ll be happy with 5k mostly... I do have a need to run up and over Kinder Scout though.
My daughter saw we looking at running for a year and then suddenly asked when we were starting. She’s ahead of me now as she didn’t start with old tired knees!

Run ’N’ Bass seems to be the go-to favourite so far.
I watch ‘proper’ runners all the time and want to be like them.
I have no idea how you run with a dog… but I suppose you are a female and able to multitask.
I just take running clobber, my phone, headphones, a key and that’s it.
Try and stay pretty quiet, don’t want to go waking people up along my route.
Will go out in rain, sun or mostly darkness.
I live about half a mile away from the beach, it has a perfectly flat path that goes on for miles ...BUT I HAVEN'T RUN IT YET!!!! I am going to save it for my graduation run, its so tempting to do it but what a finish it will be if I save it for the graduation run.

Yep we’ve got plenty of beach huts down here on the sunny south coast and honestly I would love one... But if I had that sort of money to buy one I’d probably get a campervan, £10,000-£15,000 seems an awful lot of money for a shed 🤣 maybe one day when that lottery ticket comes in🤞

How’s your running going? I was a little tempted to run today but as I’m not back in work until Friday I want to annihilate week 3 this week, although a little scared about it (no emoji to represent my fear 🤷🏽♀️ Maybe 💩😂😂)

The program works, you’ve heard what the graduates say if it’s too hard run slower, run slower than walking if you need to - just do it there’s nothing to be scared of 💩👻! I listen to playlists from the 80s on Apple Music reliving my youth while I run.
I daydream a lot like what I can be......painter, chef, pilot, astronaut.
What would life be like if I took different choices.
I have ran a 5k, 10k, 1/2 marathon and a full one over the years so don’t get runners envy as much I know how hard it can be. But I’m now back to basics and enjoying running again.
I like to let my brain switch off and just wander.
