Running leggings recommendation

Just finished R2W5. Getting a bit fitter now, never thought I’d be able to run for 8 minutes non stop! Can anyone suggest women’s running leggings with pocket that don’t ride down while you’re running? I bought a pair from TKMaxx but they’re not great!

Well done 👏🏼 I have some M&S Go Move gym leggings. Phone pocket on the leg and a small zipped waistband pocket for my house key. So far so good. Managed to get them in the last sale so 👍 I did order the Go Train leggings but the ankles were really tight!!!

Yes the pockets are really crucial for me. I've got the M&S cropped ones- Go move, a Rebok pair but really like the Matalan media pocket leggings best!

I'm a man, so I can't speak to the leggings part (although I do wear compression trousers) I use a flip belt to keep my phone, keys and asthma pump in, whilst running. It may be a solution if you find a pair of leggings you like, that may not have pockets

My most loyal pair is a Manduka with side pockets they are for yoga but such good quality and still look brand new after 2 years! I bought some skins last year, they are ok, but not the best fit for me!

I found tie-waist fitness trousers are better, no leggings fit my rather chunky legs! I also found that rather than a pocket waist pouch holds keys phone and emergency contacts etc securely, hand free and nothing bouncing about in a pocket. this is what I got, loads similar available amazon.co.uk/dp/B07XNX296N/...

Hi Ktkinns, like you I have rather chunky pins and have found that leggings from CONTRA fit me well and don’t droop when I’m running. They have a tie waist as well with a pocket at the back for a key or credit card. They’re not the cheapest but you could look at them .

they dont show leg length, I'm 31 inch inside leg so dint want them too short! how long would you say yours are?

Hi Ktkinns, sorry about the delay. I don’t think they’d be too short. Even stretching to go round my generous thighs and calves, mine are ok. The long ones are around 28.5 inches and the capris are 18”. My jeans come up longer than that - worth trying anyway, you can always send them back!
