No it won't break you and you will feel so fantastic when you achieve it. It really doesn't matter if you have to repeat some runs (but you probably won't) as long as you keep going - youve got this.
I did week 4 run 1 on Monday and it was really hard...far too hot too add to the misery! I am going again on Wednesday but much earlier in the morning!
No it won’t break you! Trust the program, it will make sure you are ready. I am 66 and never run before. I am on Week 5. Yesterday I ran 2 x 8 minutes! Tomorrow I plan to run for 20 minutes. I will do some deep breathing, think positively, maybe even shout at myself and set out at my usual snail’s pace, Pink Floyd through my headphones. If for reasons beyond my control I don’t complete it - hey, I will call it a practice run and do it again 2 days later. I WILL do it! And so will you.

Thanks all. I am loving the running never would have had me down for someone heading out before breakfast! My post was initially quite different but I got swayed as I keep reading about the week 5. I notice it getting easier which is good so bring it on I say. 🏃🏽♀️
