I had my rest day yesterday, and had planned on a 2 day rest&recovery...but when I saw the beautiful evening, I couldn't resist...and went out tonight instead of tomorrow morning. π
And even though I have a stye in my eye, I pulled on a cap to keep dirt & dust out and carried on.
Quick question...anyone have their cap blown off in the wind while running? I had a headwind, and could picture my pace getting interrupted to chase a runaway cap the opposite direction! π

Well done for getting out there, it must have been tempting to just stay in. Caps, yes I know people who have lost theirs or had to chase them. I'm still trying to find a cap that fits me well enough. Either they are too shallow, so they feel that the slightest puff of wind will whip it off, or they are too big and I can't tighten them enough, or the peak is so huge it's all I can see. Still looking, and I don't even care what I look like π
Mr grumpy has just bought a cap by Montane (not sure of spelling). That looks like a good one. Anybody out there who can recommend one?
