Completed my Couch to 5K in a thunderstorm! Oh boy - I am thrilled to pieces! I didn't find it easy but somehow my little legs just kept on trotting! I, a lazy old trout who would call a cab to go a couple of hundred metres at just a hint of rain - now I am running in a downpour. Astonishing program. Over 60, getting fit - and proud of it! Wahaaaay!!!!!
