Life update- I started couch to 5K to change my life, loose weight, I graduated 3 weeks ago, have been maintaining my running and I have now lost 2 stone. If you are doing this program to change your life like me, don’t give up- it works!

Congratulations and that's incredible you lost 2stones in just 12wks, seriously well done and looking good! Did you make changes to your diet and do additional exercises in between your runs?

Thank you so much! Yes I changed my diet and ate clean, I’m still doing so now! I have treats but avoid high sugars! I was also doing HIIT training and using a rowing machine! The main contributor has been couch to 5K though!

I just cut out high sugars! I’ve found that most effect for me :)

Wow you look like you lost way more than that!! I‘VE lost weight before through dieting but this is the first time I’ve done it combined with exercise and in particular couch to 5k - the effect running has had on my weight loss and body shape is incredible!! Well done!!

C25k helps a certain extent to lose weight, and as the weeks go on can also show muscle definition.

Losing weight is mainly done by being on a calorie controlled diet, losing weight really comes into play through running constant 30 min runs 3 times a week or more..

Excellent, I haven’t quite mastered the dieting side of things 😂 being on furlough there has been to many treats that I wouldn’t have normally had, hopefully work comes back soon to save me from myself 😂
