W3R1 done!

Just done W3R1. I was not looking forward to it but found it quite enjoyable even though it was raining.

Second week of running early in the mornings. So much better than leaving it until after work in the evenings.

Well done and yes I agree mornings all the way too, sets you up nicely for the day , less people around and lots more energy first thing than last thing xx

I feel as though early morning runs benefit me more, not always practical for me mind you as I'm up for work at 5.30am in the week. Definitely cooler, fresher and quieter early doors though!
