Graduation🥳

Well I’ve done it, completed the graduation run this afternoon, kept waiting for the rain to stop, ended up running in the drizzle. Started off with a stitch but slowed up and ran through it, somehow I managed to do my best pace overall and didn’t stop until I’d done 5k (admittedly that did include by 5min warm up walk) but best time so far 40mins, 😁🤗 Plan to carry on doing 3 runs a week if I can, depends if and when my furlough ends. A big thank you to everyone, I have learnt so much reading all the posts over the last 9weeks, for those of you just starting out or part way through your journey, believe in yourself and trust the program, you can do it!
