Graduation Day!

I finally did it, I mean I actually did it! Week 9 run 3 completed this morning. Now I'll admit I had a few wobbles on the way i.e. re-doing week 3 & 8 because I fell off the C25K wagon twice but maybe that made this final C25K run even sweeter? Not only have I graduated but I ran my best ever time over 5K today too, just creeping under the 30 min mark at 29.34. I would love to go back in time to meet my 'week 1' self on a run and stop him/me and say, "it's going to be alright, you CAN do this". One last thing, a huge THANK YOU to everyone on this forum, whether you've read my sporadic posts on here or not, it's such an incredibly positive place and I don't think I could have done it without you! The level of 'chuffed' is off the scale today. Right, what next?
