I am quite young only 19, but I could not run for the life of me before lockdown.
I didn’t repeat weeks but I didn’t successfully run every run (week 5 run 3, week 8 run 1&2) I stopped for a few seconds half way but it didn’t matter as today I managed the full 30 minutes!!!!!
On week 8 I realised I was running too fast so I slowed right down and now very slow but achieved 4.5km I can’t believe it, even with a final sprint in the last minute.
My goal now is to run a 5k 3 times a week eventually.
