Just completed week 5 run 3. It was a step up, but trust in Laura and you can do it. Male, 57, 88.3, not run in 35 years. Week 1 was the worst, my recovery time was measured in hours, now (many) minutes. Weigh now 84.3 kg, with no change to diet or lifestyle. Invest in a good pair of running shoes and socks. I recommend that you do not look at what next week will bring as it may frighten you, and if you follow the programme there is no fear, only a little pain.

This is a really good programme. The first time I posted on here, someone told me it would be life changing. I think that is true. Good luck for the remainder of the programme.
