Wow wow wow gone and finished the programme and ran extra to reach my first 5k!! Amazing and so proud of myself as 2 months ago struggled with running for 60 seconds!
I started this 2 months ago in the middle of lockdown when mentally I wasn’t doing great as was living on my own and couldn’t have my daughter home as I’m a nurse and she’s high risk. Started the programme and it really helped me mentally .. I haven’t looked back and today I feel amazing, I’ve lost weight and feel great in myself!
For anyone struggling just keep going as the programme works and this group is fantastic! I’ve learnt so much and taken from it what I can.
What’s next?? Any programmes that I can follow now?
