My first 5k! :)))

9 days after graduating, I set off today in the pouring rain and completed my first ever 5k - in 34 minutes. I am SO thrilled. To think that when I started this programme I was struggling to run non stop for 2 minutes! Feeling great! Thank you C25k and thanks to everyone here for your encouragement.

My first 5k was tough! Really tough!

I haven't even finished the C25k and I did it. I was last in the group, but I got around the course. I have since done two more. My last one was 37 minutes. I have never felt so fantastic.
