A Very Muddy W8R2!

As you can see from my feet after today’s run, it was extremely muddy out on my usual trail today following yesterday’s crazy storm! Thankfully the awful weather held off for run day and I managed to just about enjoy my sticky, humid run.

I can’t believe how close to the end of C25K I’m getting and feeling very sentimental about the whole thing today - who’d have thought by the end of lockdown I’d be running for nearly half an hour nonstop?
