This morning I took part in a very sloshy park run which I throughly enjoyed and cannot wait to do again. I just had to share with you all one of the photos from the run today :) My face says it all.

Fab photo, looks like you had lots of fun! Off to my second park run ever next Saturday (skipped this week as I went to a wedding fayre instead although looking back I think the run would have been better!) :)

I do enjoy this park run. Sorry to hear that the wedding fayre wasn't great. Did they not have anything you were looking for or was it because you were overwhelmed with choice?

I think I didn't find it as inspirational as I was hoping for, I also got jipped out of my free glass of champers for being one of the first 500 through the door (long story) and my 'goodie bag' had a small pouch of cat food in it along with other random stuff. Should have stuck with the internet and saved myself £14 on tickets, although I did enjoy spending time with my mum. Hence a parkrun would have been better, free and fun! :)

I'm still chipper, these things happen and I guess you have to at least experience these things once :)

All right! Great pic. What is a park run?

Every Saturday at 9am there are park runs held all over the U.K.. They are free, you need to register online to get your own personal barcode before hand. This is so you can get an accurate 5k time. Then you just chose one to go to, turn up and run. All parkrun routes are 5k and for all running abilities. I would definitely recommend them.

Lol. Does your Parkrun always go down the local stream? ;-)

There is always a puddle there and it's 3 laps of the park but when I turned the corner and see that I couldn't help but let out an omg! It was at least 7 inches deep and about 20 metres long. It was great :)
