I found the app really helpful for motivation so does anyone know any other apps to carry on with? I'm not planning on storming right through to a 10k or anything but something to keep me going would be good!
Thanks to all you lots, I don't post much but reading your posts and replies and support for each other keeps me going strong!
You're all great π xx

Consolidation is the name of the game.. lots of 30 minute runs.. different routes.. different distances.. then, maybe the C25K+ podcasts....they test the disciplines in our running and continue building up the t=running legs and stamina and strength!
Whoop whoopππππ yes its you Wingieπ
Step up to the podium. Well done on Graduating. Your running adventures start now. As Oldfloss suggests consolidate your 30 min runs and get really comfortable with it. Then maybe look at the c25k + podcasts for a bit od structure and running tips.
Brilliant. Well done to you and congrats on your graduation run and beyond. Hope you find lots of consolidation runs with different routes to stay motivated. Personally Iβm looking forward to doing some of the weeks like week 5 Run 3 again but with the knowledge that itβs a shorter run than normal instead of the dread that we all approached it with. Hope you keep on running.
I see people writing about Parkrun but didnt really know what it meant! I live by the beach so lacking in parks here. I downloaded zombie run though so hopefully that will help π
