Started this run over a week ago, due to being busy around the garden last week decided to do it again this morning. Really struggled doing the second 8 min run but think it was due to doing a 25 k cycle ride yesterday.
Will do it again on Thursday and hope i do better although i must admit the day 3 looks very daunting.
Think ill just repeat run 2 till confident to tackle the 20 min run .

While doing some form of exercise on rest days is encouraged ,ou do need to keep it within bounds that are not going to tax you too much.......we live and learn.
