Week 5 Run 2 completed!

Completed the above run this morning. Difficult but do-able. A man that was running was talking to me towards the end of run which actually helped me continue surprisingly. Maybe I could do with a running buddy πŸ€”

Getting ready for the epic week 5 Run 3 on Thursday. I’m apprehensive but trying to put my faith in the programme! I know the sense of achievement afterwards will be worth the effort.

Still getting calf pains but trying to power through on each run

I know that you will be able to run that 20 minute run of week 5, you will be so proud of yourself you have completed it. 😊

Make sure you stretch your calves after running. Good luck with 5.3. It's not as bad as everyone fears

This is my next run and I’m feeling worried. πŸ€”

It’s ok to be honest but it’s mind over matter. The halfway reminders for both runs seemed to happen quite quickly! I just focus on the music!

You can do this πŸ‘ŠπŸ’ͺπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

Well done.

If you are getting calf pain stretch after every run, as linked to in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Well done πŸ‘πŸ‘. Don’t worry about week 5 run 3, I like so many others found it easier running non stop instead of walk run walk run so look forward to it and try to find that man to help you along πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚.

Good luck with week 5 you can do it πŸ˜ŠπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ.

You’re doing great ! ⭐️ You’ll manage 5:3 fine - just remember your S.A.S (slow and steady) training πŸ˜„
